Will Europe ever get its replacement for the voided Gizmo5? We've had to go back to pigeon post?

Gizmo5 served Europe. It's been ages and Europe is still not back. No similar service brought on line. Are we powerless or unable. Gizmo5 the alternative - Where is it? Thanx. I'm hacked off waiting.
