Can i relese this babay into the wild?

i have a babay pigeon which is about 60 days old i have been feeding it since it war 14 days old when its nest war attacked by a crow and took away one babay and the parents abanded the left one baby now it knows how to fly and i let it fly around the house for 2 hours daily so can i release it outside will come back to me please help
