My fiance and I are having apx. 130 guests for our wedding. We will be serving a ceasar salad, garlic breadsticks, tortellini prima vera, chicken alfredo fettucini, and spaghetti and meatballs. We're stumped on how much of each pasta to make, since we are making everything ourselves. So far we have made 2 large chafing(3" deep) dishes of each pasta. Is this enough?? We don't wantto run out of food, but we also don't want to have a ton of leftovers..
