Is Speak Asia a fraud or Genuine?

I have heard about an online survey company called Speak Asia. It pays Rs. 380 for each survey which you have to fill online. There are 8 surveys per month. For that, you have to pay Rs. 11,000/- to the company. Doesn't it sound weird? A lot of people are depositing money without thinking of the prospects of their investment. Can anyone suggest whether this company is Genuine or a Fraud? Prima Facie it appears a fraud to me ( Its my opinion).
