Which homemade formula is good for the baby pigeon?

Ok so I found a baby pigeon and I thought I will keep it and raise it. So which formula is best for the baby squab? 1. Dry dog food soaked in water then mashed togather until it is like applesause 2.Get bird seed and dry grind it with oatmeal 3. Get Kaytee Baby formula from Petco Which of these will work?
